Opening dates and hours

All Cosmoprof salons and sectors will open simultaneously from Thursday, March 20. 

Opening hours:
For visitors: daily from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
For exhibitors: daily from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.


Cosmopack, dedicated to the supply chain, and Cosmo Perfumery & Cosmetics, that hosts companies and retail operators for the Perfumery and Cosmetics sector, will close on Saturday, March 23.

Halls:

- COSMOPACK: halls 15, 15-18, 18, 19, 20, 28

- COSMO PERFUMERY & COSMETICS: halls 14, 16, 21, 22, 26, 36


Cosmo Hair, Nail & Beauty Salon will be open from Thursday, March 20 simultaneously with Cosmopack and CosmoPerfumery & Cosmetics and will close on Sunday, March 23.

Bologna Exhibition Centre is easily reachable from many Italian cities, its ring road acts as a hub between the major highways.

The main entrance of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna is in Piazza della Costituzione, 5, 40128 Bologna (Italy).

Bologna Central Station is one of the largest railway hubs at national and European level. It is only 10 minutes from the Exhibition Center and it is connected by bus to the entrances Costituzione and Aldo Moro.

Information and services for visitors with mobility difficulties 

 
People with disabilities interested in visiting Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna will need to purchase their ticket at a discounted price. In addition, if verified, a free ticket will be issued to the accompanying person.
 
These tickets are not available online because it is necessary to provide documentation on site to certify the disability.
 
Manual push wheelchairs for individuals with mobility impairment are available (in a limited number and without reservation) at the trade show entrances, and can be requested to the BolognaFiere staff.
For those who request it in advance, you can rent an electric wheelchair. Reservations can be made via email, at the BolognaFiere sales office: [email protected].
Accessibility is granted throughout the exhibition center in all the areas open to the public.
 
Reserved parking lots are available at the entrances of Via Michelino and Piazza Costituzione.
