To understand how beauty faced Covid19 worldwide, how markets and consumers’ behaviour evolved, and what to expect from a post-pandemic era, there is one event you cannot miss: Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, scheduled from 28 April to 2 May 2022 in Bologna, Italy.
More than 2,700 companies coming from 71 different countries have confirmed their attendance to date. The exhibition area will comprise 34 pavilions, including 26 Country Pavilions which will enhance the Cosmoprof exhibition offer with some of the most interesting proposals on the international scene, sources of new ideas and inspirations. In the Country Pavilions, small and medium-sized businesses will be able to present their products and trends to the international market and to achieve even greater visibility with local distributors and retailers, thanks to their strong and distinctive national images.

Ecuador offers conventional and sustainable beauty and personal care products that respond to global consumers trends. The biodiversity of the country and its privileged raw materials contributed to the development of natural and organic-based products: perfumes, essential oils, soap, facial creams and shampoos lead Ecuadorian exports, bringing innovation and variety within the cosmetics product market.
For this 2022 edition of Cosmoprof and Cosmopack Bologna, the French national agency Business France will be presenting up to 76 cosmetic companies among 4 halls: halls 15A and 20 for the upstream of the sector involving packaging, ingredients, private label and machines; hall 16 for finished products with a special natural corner and hall 21 dedicated to natural finished products.
The Trade Attaché of The Embassy of Indonesia in Rome is in collaboration with the Indonesian Trade Promotion Center (ITPC) Milan to participate in Cosmoprof 2022 as the official representative of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, located in Italy.
The Israeli companies manufacture health and beauty products with high investments in research and development, advanced production methods and modern labs, strict quality control and compliance with international standards. The Israeli industry offers a wide range of products that are being sold to the world’s most demanding markets, including Europe, North America and Asia.
During the last exhibition held in 2019, the Japan Pavilion successfully registered an average of 80 contacts per exhibitor, between press contacts and potential buyers. Thanks to the J-Beauty boom of recent years, starting from 2019 the Japan Pavilion has experienced unprecedented growth. The Pavilion brings together diverse Japanese brands and, with a total surface area of 150mq, it stands out for its unique design. The aim for 2022 is to create concrete chances for Japanese cosmetics brands to significantly raise their brand awareness and visibility inside the European market.
“Young & Fresh” to “Clean & Green”, it’s how K-Beauty is turning into, and leading the global beauty trend through its innovative ideas and technologies. At Cosmoprof Bologna 2022, K-beauty leading companies will have the chance to meet with entrepreneurs and K-Beauty enthusiasts of the world. The Korean cosmetic industry will be present with three country pavilions, KOTRA, IBITA and KOECO for a total of over 200 exhibitors.
Polish beauty will be a protagonist of the next edition, with two country pavilions organized by POLCHARM and EXPOSURE bringing more than 120 companies as a total on the show floor. Polish companies represent a historic presence at Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, creating one of the largest country pavilions, year by year.
The Spanish Pavilion will showcase products from 62 exhibitors distributed among 4 Halls (16, 21, 29, 35). Spain is a Global Beauty Leader, among the top 10 worldwide exporters of beauty products and the world’s 2nd largest perfume exporter. Despite the impact of the pandemic, Spain maintains its position as the 5th largest market in Europe, exporting its products in over 175 countries.
Turkish cosmetics include essential oils, fragrance raw materials, cologne, perfumes, beauty, make-up, skincare, haircare, oral and dental care products, deodorants, shaving and toilet products and soaps which are produced by more than 1400 companies registered in the Ministry of Health.
