With a visionary approach, Sgariboldi invested heavily in research and development, carefully selecting premium raw materials. These strategic choices paved the way for Euroitalia’s first licensing agreements, securing partnerships with brands such as Enrico Coveri, Naj Oleari, and El Charro.
In the late 1980s, Euroitalia began collaborating with Moschino, launching the Cheap & Chic fragrance, which became an iconic product exhibited at the MoMA in New York and marked the company’s debut in international markets. Euroitalia’s global recognition was further solidified in 1992 through a licensing agreement with Dolce&Gabbana. Throughout a 13-year partnership, Sgariboldi led the creation of Dolce & Gabbana Parfum and Light Blue, fragrances that remain among the world's best-selling perfumes.
In 2024, Giovanni Sgariboldi was awarded the Cavaliere del Lavoro, while in 2021, he received the Certificate of Excellence from the University of Ferrara, an honor given to outstanding entrepreneurs in the cosmetic industry. Today, Euroitalia continues to grow under the leadership of Sgariboldi and his three sons, Davide, Matteo, and Andrea, who actively contribute to the company’s success.
