Cosmoprof’s commitment to society translates into collaborations and solidarity initiatives supporting the community by participating in international, national, and local non-profit projects. There are many initiatives in which we want to generate value over time, such as AGEOP, Fondazione Sant'Orsola, Komen, La Forza e il Sorriso, Reuse with Love.

Collaborations for charity projects are also active with exhibiting companies.

Cosmoprof promotes initiatives in support of sustainable mobility during the entire development process of the fair, encouraging the use of electric and hybrid means of transport, car-sharing, public transport and bicycles, as well as organizing during the event collective coaches.

The BolognaFiere Group pays particular attention to environmental and social sustainability issues, obtaining in 2019 the UNI EN ISO 14001 certification for the company’s Environmental Management System (EMS). In addition to a constant renewal of the energy and sustainable performance of the fairgrounds, BolognaFiere has established a series of processes and interactions to protect the well-being and safeguard the health and safety of its workers.

For the setting up of stands and special areas in Bologna and the network fairs, BolognaFiere Cosmoprof embraces the philosophy promoted by Henoto. Thanks to exclusive modular technology, Cover-Up, and the materials adopted, each element can be transported more flexibly thanks to its lightness and, at the end of its cycle, can be transformed and reused repeatedly, reducing waste and promoting circularity.
