PROCEDURE FOR PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS ATTENDING COSMOPROF WORLDWIDE BOLOGNA 2025
PLEASE NOTE
PROFESSIONAL SCHOOLS CAN PURCHASE THEIR TICKETS EXCLUSIVELY BY SUBMITTING THEIR REQUEST OF ACCREDITATION ONLINE. Professional Schools that have not submitted their request of accreditation online will not benefit from any discounted rate and will have to pay the entrance ticket for each student/accompanying teacher AT THE FULL PRICE RATE.
For Cosmoprof 2025, the days open to accredited professional schools will be only SATURDAY 22nd and SUNDAY 23rd MARCH 2025.
Each accredited school, with a group of at least 10 students, can choose one of these two days to visit the exhibition in order to benefit from discounted tickets. This price is extended also to accompanying teachers (1 daily ticket at the discounted rate €25,00 of valid for 1 teacher every 10 students).
To take advantage of these discounted tickets, professional schools must REQUEST THEIR ACCREDITATION ONLINE on this website. After logging in to your reserved area, you can submit your accreditation by uploading online the school’s BUSINESS REGISTRATION or any PAPER OR EVIDENCE THAT PROVES THAT YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL. The documentation uploaded must not be expired and must be valid for 2024 at least.
Professional Schools can submit their REQUEST OF ACCREDITATION ONLINE FROM 15th JANUARY TO 6TH MARCH 2025. All the requests received after this deadline WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION.
Please follow these steps to request your accreditation and benefit from discounted tickets :
Once your Professional School is accredited, you can purchase the tickets inside your reserved area.
The shipping method is available until 27th FEBRUARY 2025.
From 28th FEBRUARY to 6th MARCH it is still possible to order your tickets online, but they can be collected exclusively on-site.
1. After requesting the online accreditation, it is necessary to wait for a confirmation email by the organizer: in case of acceptance, you can log in to your reserved and click on “SCHOOL ACCREDITATION”.
2. You can purchase your tickets online making the payment by bank transfer: click on the button ORDER ONLINE TICKETS and select the total number of attendees (both students and teachers). You are also required to send THE LIST OF THE STUDENTS AND ACCOMPANYING TEACHERS ON HEADED PAPER OF THE SCHOOL signed by a supervisor, at the email address [email protected]
3. You can choose between the shipping method by courier making the payment by bank transfer, or collect your tickets directly at the event by an accompanying teacher at the assigned ticket counters at MICHELINO ENTRANCE.
Accredited Professional Schools can choose to purchase tickets also on-site, by selecting this option from their reserved area.

2. You can select the option “CLICK HERE” to receive the confirmation document “Request of purchase at the exhibition CONFIRMED!”.
Please remember to print it and bring it with you to the ticket counters, following the instructions reported on it. PLEASE NOTE: the group of students (equal to or greater than 10) and the accompanying teacher must be present during the purchasing at the ticket counters.
3. Show up directly on-site at the ticket counters for professional schools at MICHELINO ENTRANCE, on the date chosen for your visit (SATURDAY 22nd or SUNDAY 23rd MARCH 2025). You can pay by Credit/Debit Card or cash. In the latter case, we kindly ask the supervisor of the group to collect in advance the amount of money to be paid.
